Revolution Math

June 10, 2019

School is out and summer break is officially in full swing!  As much as I look forward to the summer off with my kids, I also cringe a bit inside.  Keeping four kids busy & entertained with activities can be draining.

This summer will be different for us, though.  Why is that you ask?  Well, because of Revolution Math .  Once a week, my oldest son meets with a personal tutor, along with a few other students, for a one hour session.

Last week was his first official class.  He was a tad nervous, as this is something newer to him.  However, once he met and seen his teacher, he began to feel a bit more comfortable.  His teacher was really sweet, and made him feel very at ease.

A few minutes into the session, and he was ready to rock and roll.  The program starts off with a fun story theme, as you figure out ways to mathematically solve the story.  It’s great for critical thinking, problem solving, and strategy skills.

I was quite impressed with the program, and quickly found myself in love with it.  Watching my son interact with others, while working on his mathematical skills, was a really neat moment for me experience.

I highly recommend Revolution Math to help keep your kids busy this summer, while also keeping their minds sharp, to avoid the summer slide.  You will see their confidence boost heading into fall, as they enter the start of a new school year.

I’m sure it is a challenge to keep four kids busy during summer break. Revolution Math sounds like a great summer activity to keep them busy and learning.

Omg I feel ya! I’m nervous about summer with one little one!! I’ll definitely give this game a try:) seems like a fun and educational game so they don’t lose everything they’ve learned.

That’s awesome and by the way, my niece hates Math, LOL. But it sounds like Revolution Math gets everyone ready to rock and roll!

It really does! My son is not much for learning, but he genuinely loves engaging with this!

My nieces and nephew are enrolled in camps this summer. I’m kind of jealous because they get to enjoy things like Harry Potter and Cooking Camps. But at least it keeps them entertained.

That’s neat. My kids used to play a game called Prodigy. They STILL talk about it and one is high school now lol
